This beautiful song is from the Korean Movie "200 Pounds Beauty" which means "Being Beautiful is Agonizing" in english term. It is being starred by Kim Ah-jung who played the role of Kang Han-na, an overweight girl who has a lovely voice and Ju Jin-mo as Sang-jun.
I have here the lyrics of the song which is being translated into English language by an amateur named "kissesrazel". Pretty nice song! Try listening to it. But it's kinda sad...

I really love this song. I've been looking for this since I first heard it. This song is entitled "Save Me by Berne Street". They are a local band from Bacolod City. Here's the music video...They had created one.
